Kingdon & Associates was founded on the belief that: learning isn't just about grades. It's about understanding how each person thinks, learns, grows, and builds confidence.
Too often, students are defined by what they struggle with rather than recognized for the strengths they bring. We believe that when families, educators, and professionals work together with curiosity and compassion, remarkable growth becomes possible.
Like a tree whose strength begins beneath the surface, lasting success is rooted in understanding.

Expertise Rooted in Collaboration
Meaningful support rarely happens in isolation.
At Kingdon & Associates, we have intentionally built a collaborative team of experienced educators, academic strategists, learning specialists, and subject experts who share a common philosophy: every learner deserves to feel understood, capable, and empowered.
Our team brings together diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise, allowing us to support learners across all levels—from elementary educators to secondary mathematics and science specialists, executive functioning coaches, English and writing specialists, and postsecondary academic strategists. Each team member contributes unique knowledge and experience.
Just as importantly, we recognize that successful learning depends on more than subject expertise. The relationship between the learner and the educator is equally important.
When a student begins working with Kingdon & Associates, we thoughtfully consider not only their academic needs, but also their personality, learning style, interests, goals, and preferred approach to learning. We carefully match each learner with the educational consultant, strategist, or specialist whose experience, teaching style, and personality are the best fit.
Our team collaborates regularly, sharing insights and strategies to ensure that every learner benefits from the collective expertise of our practice. This collaborative approach allows us to provide comprehensive, individualized support that extends beyond subject tutoring to include executive functioning, learning strategies, educational planning, emotional well-being, confidence building, and long-term independence.
At Kingdon & Associates, no one works in isolation. We work together—with one another, with families, and with other professionals—to create a circle of support that helps every learner develop strong roots, discover their strengths, and flourish with confidence.

Helping with:
Families often come to Jennifer feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure where to turn next. She helps them make sense of assessments, navigate educational systems, advocate effectively, and develop practical strategies that build both independence and confidence.
Jennifer also provides counselling and coaching for children, adolescents, adults, and parents navigating ADHD, neurodiversity, learning differences, educational transitions, and the emotional challenges that often accompany them. She has developed a particular passion for supporting parents who receive an ADHD diagnosis later in life while learning to understand both themselves and their children through a new lens.
In addition to educational consulting, Jennifer works closely with rehabilitation professionals, insurers, and legal teams providing educational assessments, vocational planning, academic intervention, school reintegration, and life skills support following acquired brain injuries.
Her approach is collaborative, compassionate, strengths-based, and deeply individualized because no two learners—and no two families—are ever the same.
"Jennifer sees strengths where others see struggles. She helped us understand our son in a completely different way."
